Quick and temporary diary to remind everyone of Blog Talk Radio's show now playing.

Ed O'Reilly, future senator from Massachusetts, will be joining us. Simofish and SF PUMA will be here to discuss the Hillary nomination video, John West will discuss the 300 HRC delegates for nomination. Also, Darragh Murphy, Executive Director of PUMApac will be joining us. Please tune in for great show!

Simofish's video is the one with Hillary at the fundraiser saying stuff about how having her delegates' voice heard would help unite the party.  Ed O'Reilly is challenging John Kerry in the primary, and Darraugh will probably update us on the petition, the film, and all kinds of stuff.

the first hour is ed o'reilly... (0.00 / 0)
...his cellphone crapped out, but he pulled over and is doing the show from a phone booth! now THAT'S the kinda guy i want in the senate! john kerry probably can't operate a pay phone.

he's talking about the millions of dollars kerry SAVED from the '04 presidential campaign to put into his senate race kitty. that's money we all sent in for him to beat bush, and he didn't spend it to win ohio. he needed it for his senate race more, i guess.

Barack Obama's election proves that any male can grow up to be president, provided he's willing to use misogyny as a campaign strategy.

Talking about the effort to pull together the 300 delegates for that nominating petition.

John West is talking about delegates being intimidated... (0.00 / 0)
...by the Obama campaign into not signing the petition to place Hillary's name into nomination. He says some are public officials and have been forced into campaigning for Obama. As I said in an earlier comment, these people depend on the party's good graces for re-election money, volunteers, etc. Obama's campaign operatives flat out threatened members of the Congressional Black Caucus with primary challenges, etc. Looks like it's happening again. That's our shining example of democratic ideals, Barack Obama, for you.

John West is talking about Obama's "if you're not for me, you're against me" mentality.

Wish we knew who. It was mentioned in WaPo today too (0.00 / 0)
Obama Central: Peace, Harmony, Deep Secrecy:
Some Democrats on Capitol Hill have complained that he is not inclusive enough. They gripe that he is running his own campaign in some states, rather than the traditional coordinated effort; that he is not focusing on working-class white voters as he had promised at the end of the primaries; and that he has taken sides in some House primaries.

Did John give any examples/anecdotes?

nope. (0.00 / 0)
he's going to stay off that he-said-she-said stuff and get those 300 signatures. all the obama people will do is deny it. in addition to being thieves and bullies, they are also liars.

I hope I'm not egregiously off topic, but here's a link to a detailed update on the Democratic Platform survey being circulated by IOwnMyVote.com.

Please note that the results will be personally handed over to Hillary.

If you haven't taken the survey yet, please do so ASAP.  You'll be glad you did.  It's great!

not off topic at all. (0.00 / 0)
they're urging people to fill it out on the show. well, not literally on they show... you know what i mean.
