Guys we have hundreds and hundreds of members in our growing online community and we need to put our strength into action. I just got the following note from Michele Thomas, who's one of the people driving the effort to collect delegate signatures on the nominating petition - the document that will put Hillary's name on the ballot in Denver.

So I just got off Mama E. and Ed Hales show. And Mama E. told me more about Clinton delegates being intimidated and lied to, and that they must vote for Obama at the convention. So this is happening all over the country.
So I told their audience, which is now 4 million listeners, to find out who their delegates are in their congressional district that represent Hillary, and call them to make sure that they vote for Hillary when they go to the convention.

So here's what I want each and every one of you to do - right now...

See those links along the left margin of the site? One of them is to Lobby Delegates dot Com, where you can use the drop down menu to get to the delegates in your state.

Guys it's great to exchange ideas and chat - but sometimes we need to get serious and take action. Use your passion and skills to ask your delegates to vote for Hillary in Denver.

They're hearing from the Bots 24/7. They need to hear from us to know it's more than ok to vote for the only Democrat who will beat McCain in November - it's expected.

Once you contact your delegates - help spread the word about this effort. Fire off an email to everyone you know and cross-post this info on all of the other blogs that you post to!

hey -
isnt this delegate petition effort organic? i know natl delegates who are calling other natl delegates in a very precise manner. other important folks are as well whom I cannot mention on this blog. i do not think that this organically orginated peition movement is in need of other folks calling delegates etc. this creates a very confusing situation. some of the threats to clinton delegates are gtting are from clinton supporters. i now because i know some of them quite well and am trying to get this to stop. i just wanted to note this alegre. this is a very touchy situation right now. this is suceeding but i dont want more repeats i have seen in the past few days of clinton supporters really harrassing delegates. this does none of us good! I hope no one here is angry about this post-but tread very carefully..

And nobody's asking folks to call their delegates (at least I don't think so) - just send them an email.

If the delegates are getting threatening or harassing calls from people and they claim to be Hillary supporters... well I smell a rat folks. Sounds like the DNC's taken a few pages out of the GOP playbook and are getting nasty with delegates while pretending to back our gal.

We need to remind our folks to be cool and repsectful, while at the same time point out to the delegates out there that there are probably more than a few dirty games afoot.

Be nice if the press and media looed into this stuff, ya know?

Some email addresses are no longer valid and will be returned as undeliverable (0.00 / 0)

You may have to look for the web page or website for the delegates who disabled their original email addresses to get their current ones.

Contact your district delegates (0.00 / 0)

It's very important to contact the delegates from your own district who are pledged to Hillary Clinton and encourage them to vote for her at the convention and support the roll call vote/petition. Delegates are contacting other delegates but it's good if delegates hear from people in their own districts. The link for delegates given above only gives information for super delegates. Certified delegate lists from each state can be found at http://demconventiondev.com/ce...

My experience with delegates is that phone calls are more effective than email. Just don't argue with the delegate but show your appreciation for their pledge to HRC and why you think the delegate should honor their pledge at the convention. Do not talk against Barack Obama to a delegate who is not already committed to support Hillary Clinton at the convention. That would be counter productive.
