I will not ever compromise my beliefs.
I will never vote for someone I know manipulated caucuses through fraud.
I will never vote for someone who the DNC selected.
I will never vote for someone who participated in a sexist campaign either themselves or through the media.
I will never vote for someone who strong armed and intimidated and threated delegates at the convention.
I will not vote for someone who sat in a church for twenty years listening to hate speech.
etc etc etc, I have no time to write it all, but please take these few examples as a reminder why people are PUMA's.
Sorry folks, that's how I feel, you can delete this if you want.
I will never stop fighting for what is right and democratic.
I respect Alegre. It's a shame the DNC and Barack Obama have split us up.
Adios, may our paths meet again.

I guess the win a trip to the "open" Convention at mile high stadium is considered a raffle and considered illegal in many states. So, Obama has to revamp the rules. Well nothing new there!
Obama campaign revamps contest to avoid legal woes
Barack Obama's campaign changed the rules of a highly publicized fundraiser Tuesday, after gambling regulators said the contest - a chance at one of 10 trips to the Democratic National Convention - was an illegal lottery.
"We are happy to have resolved this issue working closely with state officials," said Nick Kimball, spokesman for the Obama campaign in Minnesota, where the controversy surfaced, according to the Minneapolis-St. Paul Star Tribune.
A spokesman for the Colorado secretary of state said Democrats would have to get a license if they were conducting "a standard raffle where they're buying tickets" in order to win.
But under new rules, supporters don't have to donate money to win one of the trips, which include a seat for Obama's acceptance speech at Invesco Field at Mile High and meeting the candidate.
Instead, the campaign will choose 10 people based on "individuals' stories and other factors," said Matt Chandler, Colorado press secretary for the Obama campaign.

I just don't know what to say, I'm speechless!
Obama mulling major speech in front of Berlin's Brandenburg gate; to evoke, Reagan, Kennedy
WASHINGTON--A German friend passed along the news Saturday that local sources in Berlin are confirming that the Obama campaign was in contact with city authorities to discuss the possibility of presumptive Democratic nominee Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) delivering an outdoor address in front of the Brandenburg gate. The thinking is Obama would follow in the footsteps of two very famous Cold War-era speeches of U.S. presidents speaking in Germany: JFK "Ich bin ein Berliner" and Reagan "tear down this wall." It would probably be Obama's only public speech during upcoming visits to Germany, France and England on a swing to include stops in Israel and Jordan. There is still no date for the trip. German news sources are reporting the Obama team is working on a visit during the "second half of this month".
,
Spiegel Online International reports that an Obama visit to Berlin his month "looks likely" with Chancellor Angela Merkel and Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

I just want to say hi to everyone. I don't post much and when I do, it's usually one or two lines in a reply or an article I find interesting without much commentary. I understand this site is for diarists, so I will more than likely post replies.
I enjoy reading your diaries! Keep the Faith!
Sincerely,

From the Daily Howler. I have put the quotes of the transcript from Harball in this post. You can read the entire piece at:
http://www.dailyhowler.com/
Well, there is the first lady saying, sort of, that she's running for the Senate in New York. Andrea Mitchell, you are covering this campaign. You are a network reporter and a veteran, and you're covering a Senate race? It's a-is this a revoltin' development? You're covering a Senate race?
Is there any way-anybody, anybody that's ever walked up to Hillary Clinton and says, "You're all wet?"
MATTHEWS: And he says, "You're out of here." These Clintons don't like being corrected.
MITCHELL: And Hillary Clinton is the only person who could go into Bill Clinton and tell him that.
MATTHEWS: Well, because she had-she had the blackmail. She could get him out of there in three seconds.
Please continue reading below the fold, it gets worse if possible, but it's not stuff we haven't heard before, but shocking that this was the idiot back in 1999.

"Always aim high, work hard, and care deeply about what you believe in. When you stumble, keep faith. When you?re knocked down, get right back up. And NEVER listen to anyone who says you can't or shouldn't go on."
Hillary Clinton - June 7, 2008
